A lot of ads are popping up and say that we need to eat and be healthy to achieve the six-pack abs or curves that many people connote as “body goals”. Yes, it feels good that we are fit outside! But isn’t it right that we are also aiming for a better health to help us age better- meaning we are healthy inside and out? That is better right? A lot better to have a brighter future!

Everything you put in your mouth now can equate to how you age. It has been shown in research that what we eat has a positive effect on our body in many aspects such as in our cardiovascular system, muscles and joints, brain, eyesight and so much more!
